• Exclusive research tools—Membership with NRC gives your organization access to the exclusive eCivis fundraising research tool. The eCivis database provides listings of foundation and federal grant opportunities and offers automatic notifications of changes to your saved opportunities, new opportunities meeting your saved search criteria, and all new opportunities as they are added to the system. The system can be accessed from any computer using your unique username and password.
• Electronic newsletter—Have the latest news in the local nonprofit community delivered right to your inbox every month! This newsletter includes an events calendar, grant alerts, a trade book review, and one nonprofit organization highlighted per month. The first Monday of the month, an updated events calendar arrives in inboxes.
• Workshops and Trainings—The Nonprofit Resource Center hosts workshops and trainings on a wide variety of topics designed to help our member organizations succeed. We pride ourselves on the ability to listen to feedback from our members and offer workshops tailored to those needs. Members receive discounted rates for all fee based training.
• Nonprofit Community Calendar—The Nonprofit Resource Center members are invited to submit their events to the NRC calendar. We strive to be the one-stop calendar for all nonprofits in the area.
• Opportunities Listings—The online opportunity listings page on our website lists any job, volunteer, and board member openings our members have. We connect you with the candidates that will best suit your needs.
• Nonprofit Directory—Member organizations are listed in the nonprofit directory. Each listing features contact information and a description of the services the organization provides. This directory is also available in print format.
